"The employees at this store are not friendly! They are stuck up and rude to customers. This store is TRASH just based on the horrible customer service it has. The lady’s here are eating and laughing and rude to customers rather than doing their jobs. Any other jewlery box in El Paso is better than this one. Will not ever come back here! Owner needs to fire this lady’s and hire legit workers that actually will take care of customers and the store!!!"
"I was expecting to find more jewelry. Instead more than half the store has other merchandise that has nothing to do with jewelry. Face mask 50ct are 7.99 and 9.99, pricey from other places with the same brand. Must say that the store is super clean and organized. Very few customers on a Friday afternoon."
"Customer service is sadly a 1 if that. You ask for help & employees look at you like you’re bothering them. I don’t want to say it is because of how young & inexperienced I’m sure they are with customer service, but it would help to have at least a more mature employee in charge that hopefully won’t give the attitude these very young employees give when you ask for assistance. So sad. I’m a huge fan of the Jewelry Box but I do not recommend this one or will return. Rather go out of my way to another."
"I love the affordable prices on things like beauty blenders and hair pins. Employees not that friendly though. The cashier pulled the things out of my hand as I was putting my things down on the counter. She took my payment and put my stuff in a bag and turned around when the transaction was over. Not a "thank you" or "have a nice day" I just grab my things from the counter and left. She didnt bother handing my things over. Very rude."
