"I went to Happy Sapiens for a root canal even though I was not a patient. It was a complicated root canal and Dr. Hanchate was very patient with me. (I don't numb well). The staff is always upbeat & kind. I can honestly say that Dr. Hanchate is the most compassionate & gentle dentist I have ever had. I have decided to make this office my dentist of choice for all future needs."

"I recently moved to the woodlands and needed a new dentist in the area, I chose this one because they took my insurance. In my first visit I got told I had 10 cavities which was so strange to be because I’m 20 years old and have never once in my life had a single cavity, but I chose to trust the professionals. I came to this dentist over a month ago to get my cavity’s filled. I have gone back twice already for the same pain and they keep “fixing” it and blaming me for the pain saying I’m not flossing when though I do have sensitive gums, I do floss and don’t like being blamed for this pain when I later found out they were the reason for the pain. They found during the third appointment that they filled over the cavity instead of removing it!!!! And even after telling me they made a mistake they continued to make my gums bleed and tell me it’s my fault. Plus one of my fillings has already cracked and fallen out. I’ve later seen other reviews of people who got second opinions and found happy sapiens dental lying about how many cavities you have, to make more money. Half my molars are now pure filling (which is falling out) and I’m not even sure they had to be there to begin with. I regret not getting a second opinion and recommend everyone avoids this dentist at all costs. I’m in way more pain now than I was before I went to the dentist and I’ve been in continuous pain for a month since my first visit. Horrible. Will not be returning."

"My family and I had a regrettable experience at Happy Sapiens Dentistry during the time we attended this practice. Initially, we chose Happy Sapiens because we were new in the area, but our trust in their services was severely shaken due to a series of concerning incidents. First and foremost, the dentist at Happy Sapiens misled us about the dental health of my children, claiming they had more cavities than they actually did. This false diagnosis not only caused unnecessary worry but also led to an inflated bill for procedures that were not required. Additionally, I was overcharged for a deep cleaning that, upon seeking a second opinion, I found out I did not need. What added to our frustration was the lack of follow-up and organization within the office. Despite the urgency of my son's situation, where he was in significant pain, Happy Sapiens failed to schedule the necessary appointment promptly. I had to make multiple calls over a span of two weeks before they realized the issue. It turned out that our insurance information had been mishandled, and our Primary Care Physician had been changed mistakenly. This oversight further delayed the necessary treatment my son desperately needed. This entire experience left me with a strong suspicion that Happy Sapiens Dentistry might engage in unscrupulous practices. It felt as though false diagnoses were given deliberately to inflate insurance claims, leaving patients vulnerable to unnecessary procedures and financial strain. In conclusion, our time at Happy Sapiens Dentistry was marked by disappointment, frustration, and a loss of trust. I strongly caution others seeking dental care to be vigilant and consider seeking services elsewhere to ensure both their dental health and financial well-being are safeguarded."
