"I know there are so many people moving here from out of state. If you are in need of a dentist I highly highly recommend Dr. Reed at the woodlands dental group. Mary Beth in the front office is amazing the assistants are super super nice and Dr. Alisa Reed is incredible. I had a ton of issues from major health issues for years. Most offices would be annoyed with my medical PTSD and tmj and trigiminal neuralgia but not them. They meet me with love and compassion every time. I would literally fly here if we moved!"

The dentist have always been knowledgable and very through with my checkups every single visit. It's hard to imagine a more comforting and quality environment when I think of going to the dentist."
"Great dental service, but financially unethical. Upon scheduling an appointment, the office took our insurance information, but failed to check that my family's insurance with United Health Group was 'out of network' and did not tell me nor my wife, (appointments were 2 months apart) ahead of time that there were going to be X dollars out of pocket for basic dental cleaning. In January 2023, we received a "family bill" that we are supposed to pay X dollars extra for a regular annual cleaning. Of the last 25 years of visiting dentists, we have never had to pay for anything extra for a basic cleanup; unless a special treatment was done and we were always notified ahead of time of additional fees before even scheduling the procedure. I find it unethical to provide a regular annual basic service like cleanup and then bill additional dollars. When challenged they are threatening to send our account to "collections" for a small amount. Its not about paying the small fee difference, but why charge extra ?"
"Dr. Freeman and his staff are great, both personable and professional. He has been our family dentist for 15 years and has always provided top notch care but has never pushed for any unnecessary work. His staff is a pleasure to work with whether scheduling with Anita, cleaning with Stacy or dental work with Dr. Freeman and Kathy. They work as an efficient team, getting the work done in minimal time and always with concern for patient comfort. The senior discount is nice for us retired folks too."
