"I started there years ago and was happy with her work but things have changed a lot. #1-She will not under any circumstances talk to her patients!! A couple of years ago my son had a cavity filled. It came out. I had an infection below the gums and they kept telling me I needed extractions right away. I wanted to ask questions before making a decision about doing it in her office or going to an oral surgeon. I wasn’t able to get the answers from her or her staff so I ended up spending about 5 times the amount and going to the oral surgeon. Went back to Dr. Kocian for a cavity and the bite was off and the tooth broke. She has bonded a chipped tooth twice and it doesn’t stay on. Needs a third time but again I can’t ask questions. So I will have to pay someone else to fix her mistakes."

"I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Kocian is wonderful. She definitely knows her stuff and is always pleasant and so efficient. Her staff is warm, professional and talented. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a new dentist to give her a try. You will not be disappointed."

"My wife and I were new to the area, but it was time for a regular cleaning. Tried two other recommended Dental offices, but both had no openings for 6-12 months. Kocian Dental was close to us, so I decided to give them a try. I had an appointment from a cancellation within a couple of days and was very pleased with the hygenist & Dr. Kocian. My wife was able to get in within a couple of weeks. We are both pleased with the dental care and customer service we have received - Dr. Kocian is now our Dentist!"

"Bad sedation practice at this dental office. Beware, I was left blind from my right eye for about 20-30 minutes after being injected wrongly on a nerve on a third consecutive attempt. My face felt on fire and I complained on the spot of the pain I felt. This was during a crown replacement procedure. I was never given the option of an in-office made crown or lab crown. They just went ahead and did an in-office crown that has come off 6 months after being done on 10/18/19. I called last week to complain and requested my money back because I am not going to let them do work in my mouth again. The answer was neither an apology nor refund of the extra money I had to pay for this very poor job. My previous crown had lasted me 15 years. I do not recommend this doctor. Update- Dr Kocian’s office eventually refunded the money I had paid for this treatment."

Her assistant for insurance spent some time with me helping to determine which plan best met our needs when our coverage changes later this year. No one has ever laughed at us or belittled us in any way and everyone has been concerned for our health and comfort."
