"Took my truck here after another shop tried to take advantage of me and my insurance company. William helped me out of a very tight spot almost getting screwed by another mechanic. He was very honest, knowledgeable, informative and communicated with me at every step. The other shop had my truck for over 3 months and did absolutely nothing with it except run a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics and then asked for $12k from me and insurance. When insurance denied the claim they refused to do anything at all, and then took 4 weeks to put my truck back together because "they were so busy they couldn't to it" ... right.... so I brought my truck here to William at Southern Star. He fixed me right up and sent me on my way in 2 days for $4k... and is now still working with my insurance. So much better than that other shop! I will be bringing my truck back here."

"Went in with multiple problems I'd been sitting on till the AC quit and Will fixed all of it quickly and at a very reasonable price. He sent me photos to show the broken motor mounts, the transmission flush, and the fixed AC temps. Best mechanic I have found. He even washed/vacuumed the van and left some snacks for me in the cup holder. You will never get this level of service from anyone else. I feel confident driving my car anywhere again."
