"I love this place. Wish I found it sooner!! Don’t have insurance they got you!!! They are honest and help figure out the best plan to get your teeth good again. I’ll definitely be back"

"After almost a decade,I stopped by Jefferson. There were several issues including my oral care and certain planning to be done. The staff was extremely in kind and helpful from start to finish. Everything from the updated technology to pricing and plans was wonderful. They gave me a variety of options for the several different treatments I might need."

"It was not a good experience. First they over booked me and I confirmed my appointments 3 days prior to the appointment. They said I had to confirm it twice in order to keep my appointments? I had to wait an hour to be seen because they gave my appointment away. Then when I get back there it’s crazy. People are running around the entire place. Nurses, doctors, receptionist it’s just mayhem. Then I get my x rays done, the man was very very nice and I told him it was my 1st time coming to a dentist. He cared about that and he was making sure I was comfortable. The nurse that went over my X-rays was very nice as well. The doctor was very mean and rushed. He said “how old are you”. I said 31 and he said “wow you never been to a dentist”. I said no. He said “it looks like you’ve never brushed your teeth either”. I said excuse me. He said “yeah I’m gonna get one of the girls to teach you how to brush your teeth”. I waited to leave before I cried because I’m an adult and can’t let these people see they got the best of me. There is so many better ways to say that, then the way he did. I was so discouraged to go back dentist. I then fell asleep, I’m unsure of how long it was. It had to have been for a good amount of time because when I woke up I was scared and didn’t know where I was. Probably for about 30-45 minutes waiting for the nurse to tell me what will be happening next. That whole visit was 4 hrs and 26 minutes and I didn’t even get a clean. Our son got one, my husband and I were basically just up there waiting for assistance. I had to take more time off work later on in the week to actually get my deep cleaning. I was honestly horrified to go back. So Instead I went to the location on cypress and it was honestly night and day. I would recommend going to the cypress location instead it’s really nice. Super professional, smells great, privacy rooms, and EVERYONE is so friendly. The location on Fry doesn’t smells good, very unprofessional, chaotic, the rooms are not very private, only some people are nice there. Honestly take 8 more minutes to drive to the other location. I’m serious it will save you so much anxiety!"

"I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Gokay today. It was one tooth extraction which I was nervous for, but was actually the easiest dental procedure I've had done in my life. Dr. Gokay has done treatments on me before and as always is very good at what he does. He talked me through the procedure, was gentle, and very kind. He was assisted by Nadia who was very quick and attentive to all his instruction which made the treatment go by much quicker. She made sure I had the prescription & instructions for aftercare before I was even out of the seat. I also was impressed by the manager Leslie who made sure that all staff questions were answered when it came to my insurance. Everything was taken care of nicely and I really trust this location with my oral health. The best dental experience. 10/10."

"I had a nice experience at Jefferson Dental. Kimberly, the technician, went above and beyond to find the best treatment and payment options in accordance with the dentist’s recommendation. The hygienist, Andrea, was great and explained everything she did when she proceeded with my work."
