"I went to get a new headlight bulb put in and it turned out I had been sold the wrong part from O'Reilly's, but the guys there found a compatible part in their inventory and didn't end up charging me for it. Awesome service and only $20 to put it in for me. Wouldn't mind coming back for future service!"

"Over charging and stole my truck whole tank of gas. I rate 0 zero star if I could. He told me job would be $300 before job done but end up >$1k and 3% credit card charge when I paid. I needed replace my cam sensor which I did. Unfortunately my sensor was defected and I have no tools to test. I also mentioned to him about what I did and would like him to test. He did replace new one which as same job as I did. (Charge $800 for it). It is part I bought $40 at auto zone. He put it in invoice for $260 for this part. My truck has been run with regular forever since bought. He told me the gas make engine noise. So he drain my out which is full tank and refil sup gas. After that he told me it is better now. So I ask him before leaving the shop what gas should I use now. He said regular. And I ask about my full tank he said he dump it. It doesn’t make senses. If you took my gas out you are responsible to fill them back in. I should come there in the first place. Bad experience and business."

"These are some of the kindest people around, I highly recommend them! I came from out of town when my alternator died in the middle of Tomball. I called them up after Googling around and they were luckily able to get me in the same day! I stalled my way over to their shop before my car completely gave out 200 ft from their garage entrance, which is when they all came out to help me push my car in! They gave me water and offered me snacks while they worked on my car, alongside the few others in their shop. Got out in a few hours and couldn’t be happier!"
