I had $200 over paid in my account, we agreed I would use it next time I visit the office, at the time of my visit, the receptionist stated that I did not have $200 in my account to use. They used the money on other charges I was not aware of or notified about. I asked her to explain, and show me in detail, and she could not, this is very very bad service. I would not recommend going there, I will find another dentist. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars, I would."
"Dr Estler and his staff are wonderful. My wife has severe dental anxiety caused from previous experiences with other dentists. They are aware of this and always go above and beyond to make sure her experience is as calming as possible. On top of that, they do great dental work. I have been a patient for many years and like his conservative approach. Dr Estler is not one to perform unnecessary things and will explain things thoroughly so you can make a good decision. Shawna and Cindy in the front are the best and friendliest people you will ever meet. I recommend Dr Estler. to all my friends!"
