"My family member had a terrible experience here. The dentist is very obstinate, tough, and doesn’t listen. My family member’s teeth don’t even look like human teeth anymore. Edit: in response to the owner: I don’t belong to any church. Don’t volunteer your work if you do not want to do it., in regards to your “this is why most people don’t want to help” comment. Besides, you were paid for the work, my family member’s church which was involved did the charity part of paying for it. Asking for you to fix an uncomfortable situation you are responsible for isn’t manipulative. You also don’t listen well, nor validate how your clients feel."
