"I booked an appointment a week in advance and I was told my insurance was accepted. Here we are the day of my appointment and I’m being told the dentist I booked her last sat was yesterday and the new dentist won’t be in network for a month. They knew the dentist was leaving so why book me?! I could’ve booked somewhere else. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody."

"Beware of these crooks. I had service, paid balance due prior to service only to be repeatedly billed an additional $800. I soon discovered they sent my insurance carrier a bill added additional fees to each charge. I assumed they forgot that they had provided me with a statement. This is what happens when you are too cheap to hire a person to handle the clients accounts and use the front clerks as pawns. This is insurance fraud. My insurance company has repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail. The office does not have a billing department and the corporate number is actually the dental office number. What a joke! I've experienced similar activities with another dental office in Sugarland. Let's just say they are permanently closed. Companies like this make it hard for companies that are ethical. If I could give them a negative, I would."

"Avoid visiting this location! We used to love this place, but since this dental facility became part of a larger group, everything took a turn for the worse. My husband and I both experience 5 mins prophy. Unbelievable. The dental cleanings ONLY last 5 minutes with no scaling. The dental assistance and doctors don't care . I want to file a complaint but the customer service line never get unanswered."

"I hardly write reviews, but simply couldnt resist as I wish the team is better organized and keep the patients well informed of the treatment plan, schedule and charges well in advance. I came in for a cavity fill and crown for 1 tooth on Oct 2nd, and its been over 3 months and the procedure is still on going. I wish the team values patient's time as well and have better planning. 1. I was asked to pay is full, later to know they had charged extra based on the treatment plan. I am still unsure how/why I was charged first without knowing the treatment plan. 2. Extra amount cannot be refunded until they submit a claim, for which the treatment should be completed (which is never ending) 3. They booked an appointment to fix the final crown, once i arrived the team realized they hadnt received it yet. So they had to reschedule. 4. Multiple appointment reschedules 5. Today's appointmnet is again postponed as the doctor is unavailable - This is the only valid mishap as the doctor is sick."

"I used to love this dental office for my kids. The customer service was great and the staff was amazing! A few weeks ago my kids had an appointment, and I drove to the office…on time, only to be told that the doctor was out sick. Okay…no problem. Doctors are human, they get sick too. But y’all couldn’t call me ahead of time to save me the trip?? I got home and rescheduled their appointments for winter break and the schedule reflected two open spots that I selected for my kids. It’s been two weeks, the appointments were confirmed. I get a call this morning, the day of my kids NEW appointments, only to be told by some rude and obviously undertrained receptionist, that there’s no availability for my kids today. Excuse me? There was availability when I booked. And there was availability when I got the confirmation texts REPEATEDLY! So again, on the day of, my appointments are being canceled, with no explanation as to why! Is the doctor sick again? Such a shame, I truly enjoyed this dental office, but after today, I’ll be searching for a new provider."
