"If I could give them a zero star I could. Horrible rude customer service. Didn't speak or acknowledge client.I spoke and said good morning and the receptionist barely smiled or responded back .Left me Standing at the front to go ask a .question, she comes back says absolutely nothing to me so I ask did I still need to wait there to check in or sit down she rudely respondes "you can sit down" I wasn't sure if she needed information from me to check in since I was a first time client.Called to go in the back pointed it out to other lady that I was not having a good first time experience since everyone was unpleasant .she responded "well we are not having a good day today everyone has their days " so I politely thanked her and advised her I was leaving because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable to have them assist me with that type of attitude .She didn't care ,none of them did ,horrible first time experience. I have really good insurance so I can go anywhere else where I'm valued so I left ."

"Even 1 star is being given for the facility and the polite receptionist. Their staff needs to be more honest in providing their office policy to the new patient so they don't get stuck at the wrong place. It's a parent's ( or in case of an adult, his/her) right to make well informed decision. Secondly, Dr. Boyd tries to give all sorts of lame excuses to keep the parents of a kid, not even 10, out of the office while treating the kid no matter how long it takes. If it’s not true with every case that means he picks and chooses whose parent can sit and whose not. That is a clear discrimination...that is also observed in that office. Third, if a parent decides to come to their office because of Dr. Boyd's expertise and experience, they have the right to stick to the same doctor they are paying thousands of dollars for. Instead, parents cannot choose the doctor for the procedure. It's like you meet with Dr. Boyd and pay upfront and the other less experienced doctor may do the procedure. And who knows what they do inside. A kid cannot explain everything and parents only know what they are told. Also, they have a system where negative reviews of their choice either don’t get uploaded of don’t stay on web for long. I have experienced it but again trying leave review."

"We had such an amazing with the staff. We had a unique and sensitive issue for a treatment plan and they were very understanding, non-judgmental and I’m happy they were able to help us. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! 10/10 recommend."
