"I’ve called numerous times during open hours and no one answers any of the calls, my “permanent” cap that is on place for my root canal that I had done at the beginning of this year has already fallen off and I can’t get in touch with anyone!"
"I just had my appointment for the first time. The appointment experience beforehand was easy and fast. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating with answering any questions I had. Once in I got in early when they opened, I filled out my paperwork and they went through what my insurance covered and what I had to cover. The process was open and informative which I think not many dentist places really do. It was 3 appointments and they saw us in quick and did our X-rays and essentially consultation as to what each person had going on. I didn’t know I would grind when asleep as my prior dentist would not inform me of changes they could see. This keeps me informed and healthy before I start experiencing something and he gave me suggestions on what to do to avoid TMJ. They cleaned my teeth thoroughly, like super throughly and I appreciate it. My daughters had a great experience as well and they normally dislike dentist visits. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back with my family."
"Everyone here is super rude and they do not know how to put braces on. They blame patients for something being wrong, when really they don’t know what they are doing ."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took my son(5yrs)so he can have a procedure done, all he needed was two caps on. I was told at the beginning of the procedure he would be find. That dr and assistants would talk to him try to comfort him. Also that he would be numb so he wouldn’t feel anything. I didn’t know until after all the screaming and crying my baby did he felt everything! As he was shaking and screaming it’s hurts while hugging me I asked the Dr right away if he did feel the pain, Dr said he will be fine he must have been scared of the drill! Like why would my son scream from a drill this isn’t his first time ever to the dentist! I would NOT EVER recommend this place!"
