"The staff is great and friendly. Front office was awesome from beginning to end Mrs Virginia is always pleasant when checking in and Mrs Natalia went over my bill and made sure I understood. Mrs Brittany made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on."

"I highly do not recommend this place for any implants. My implant crown had to be returned to the lab 3 times as they could not get it right. I was left with an improperly placed crown with so many issues as it repeatedly got loose, got food trapped inside a huge hole left in the middle of the crown and gaps between the crown and adjacent tooth. I complained to this dental office and was told I would have to go through insurance to see what I am eligible for in regards to replacing a horrible work done. Insurance on the other hand stated Benefits for replacement of this procedure type are limited to 1 in 007 cal yrs and since according to their records, this service was previously completed by Ideal Dental, Therefore, no benefits for this procedure are available. This limitation applied regardless of the condition necessitating the treatment which was the horrible work done by this dental office and the lab they choose to use. Despites already coughing up $2500 approximately for this procedure, I had to go to a better dentist to fix the issues and replace the entire crown again which now cost me another $2600 OUT OF POCKET as insurance will not cover it. I will go elsewhere for any implant services and avoid this office at all costs!!"

Dr. Brittany Walker was very professional , and knowledgeable when came to explaining what I needed for my oral treatment. She was very gentle and caring.There equipment was very advance. The staff Kevron who is regional was there to assist. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. he took time out to explain what they were going to be doing. Brittany the lead dental assistant, Norieda, Nataila were all awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this office. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. "This is such a professional and efficient dental office. The technology is superb - you get to see your actual teeth as opposed to only x-ray images. The dentist Dr. Walker is so compassionate and informative, you really leave understanding your dental plan and proper hygiene. The administrative staff is also super thorough and thoughtful. They worked hard before i even came in - they verified insurance and then they also provide a very thorough explanation of benefits following your doctor visit. I love Ideal Dental Richmond."
