"While everyone is kind, the personal experience my 7yr old daughter had was not pleasant. If you dont have insurance the prices are not reasonable. After I called around for better pricing they finally lowered my cost so I went back because they seemed like the quality option. The male doctor was impatient, and frustrated with us after the procedure started to stall, and not go as he hoped, I saw him loose his cool. He stated to me that my daughter must be false claiming her pain tolerance and that he gave her enough numbing , which is only something she can determine , especially being scared . He kept saying "Im not going to be able to finish if this continues" and it made me feel like he wasnt willing to find a better solution. Or ask for help from his colleagues. His assistant was not skilled , he had to instruct her many times and she made a paste for the silver cap 4 times and it DID NOT HOLD .Until he told her "let me do it" . My daughter threw up on anesthesia/sedation and they lifted her -moved nose mask down to neck , choking her on the tubing So I jumped up and detached the tubes.. The procedure didnt go well for anyone, not them, not me , but most IMPORTANTLY not for THE DR or my 7 yr old .. no one else really mattered. But He is supposed to be professional and it didnt feel that way. It also felt like ALL the female workers were intimidated by him .(is he not pleasant to work with?) In the end They charged me- gave her a sucky toy and balloon and told her get well . ( How about Im sorry it didnt go as smooth as we would have liked but we were able to treat her accordingly, and she will recover soon enough, we THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING AND TRUSTING US, AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I would never go back.. (At least give out kids toothbrushes or stickers)"

They are extremely kind, Dr.Beovides and Danay were gentle and skilled and did an amazing job walking me through every step of the process to make sure that I was comfortable.
