"I came to Dr. Yun, to have dental work done, they put in temporary crowns (by an assistant) but the crowns were cutting my tongue, I had to go back the next day for Dr. Yun to correct the work her assistant did. 3 weeks later (today) I had to come back for the permanent crowns and at that time she pulled 2 teeth that have been currently bleeding for over 5 hours now, after hour 2 of bleeding I called and talked to yet another assistant named Ericka who proceeded to act like the dentist when I told her I would rather speak to the dentist she said “fine I’ll leave her a message to call you back” which never happened, then I called the office (which advertises that they don’t close until 7:30pm) and no one ever answered the phone, so I went back to the office to find out that they closed the office, I called another office that Dr. YUN works out of and they reached out to her and Dr. YUN had Ericka call me back AGAIN, only for Ericka to tell me we are not at the cypress location, we left and went to the spring location, WHILE IM SITTING IN FRONT OF THE CYPRESS LOCATION THAT ADVERTISES THAT THEY STAY OPEN UNTIL 7:30PM. It’s been SEVERAL HOURS AND DR YUN HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK, BECAUSE ERICKA TOOK THE MESSAGE AGAIN….. I’m filing a complaint with the Texas Dental Board on both Dr. YUN and Ericka….."
