"My children and I were patients at Cypress Mill Dental for years after moving to Texas. The reason why is because I traveled a lot and changing dentist wasn’t a priority until I would go to the next appointment. I never felt good about this office. I had my last dentist for 14 years. He did top notch work and never tried to sell unnecessary services. I initially thought that my satisfaction with my previous dentist was my reason for not giving this office a fair shake. When my ex-husband agreed with me that this office was nothing to be desired, I knew there was a problem. The dental hygienist is something else! She thinks she is a dentist, giving her non-doctor “expertise”. She also had the audacity on several occasions to cancel my dental appointment that I scheduled six months before because she wanted to go shopping. The last time, I was livid when the office called me the day of my appointment to cancel. I told them that I had schedule time off from work, the appointment was scheduled six months ago, and that my time was just as important as theirs. When they asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said ‘No’. They call shortly after to tell me that the hygienist “would stay for me if I could come in an hour earlier”! I never had a dentist try to push an oral cancer screening on me, seeing that I’m a person who has never smoked or used tobacco products. So, when this dentist did, I started seeing red flags. My previous dentist did excellent dental work with the gold crown and filings that he put in my mouth. Being in the military, I would go to the military dentist and they were in awe of the dental work and commended me on having a dentist who did such great work. This dentist and hygienist were trying to pull at my gold crown saying that it had a problem. Even telling me that my tooth underneath was bad (showing me someone’s x-ray) and that the crown needed to be replaced. This was the last straw! I knew this was a scam. As I said, being in the military, I got nothing but praise on the condition of my teeth and was never told that my tooth was bad or that my crown needed to be replaced. Now, at a new dentist, he has raised my dental work saying that the gold work will last my entire life. He hasn’t shown me x-rays of a bad tooth either!!"

All the techs are equally amazing and front staff is so welcoming. She gets us in and gets the job done quickly and thoroughly.
