"I called numerous orthodontic places attempting to find help for our high school foreign exchange student from Spain who had a small orthodontic wire behind her teeth that was starting to cause her discomfort. Nobody would see her as a one-off that wasn't already a patient until I called Cypress Dental Group here! They understood the issue and that this issue was causing her discomfort and they got her in the very next day. Online check-in was easy and fast, so when we arrived there was no paperwork and we were seen right away. The Dr quickly found the problem and one of other awesome staff members came in with drill in hand and took care of it for her. Everyone was so nice, and the best part since preexisting dental items are not covered by her insurance, is they counted this as an initial consult and did not charge us anything for fixing this. When I was starting to lose hope about the direction of our medical community in recent years, this place renewed my faith in a place that really cares about people and helping out, even if it is not your own patient. When I got home and told my wife about this experience she said she has been unhappy with our dentist lately so our whole family is switching to Cypress Dental. Thank ya'll SO MUCH for taking care of our Spaniard !!"

Lilly was amazing in her explanation of my insurance benefit and treatment plan. Maggy was just the sweetest staff member and always had kind words and great stories. Last, but certainly not least Dr. Rehman is fantastic. His bedside manner is excellent. He always takes the time to explain whatever he is going to do before it happens. "I just had my annual cleaning and exam. Miguel started me off with X-rays and getting me settled into my exam room. He was very professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable and quick with the X-rays which was excellent because some of those "bite downs" can be awkward and painful. He is an excellent addition to the staff. My cleaning was also quick and professional. The hygienist understood my concerns over having sensitive teeth and happily accommodated me for my cleaning. She was thorough and articulate. (I missed catching her name) I've been seeing Dr. Rehman for about 5 years now. I am very pleased with him and his work. He is very detailed when explaining what is needed and why. I would highly recommend Dr. Rehman as well as Miguel and my hygienist."
