"Receptionist made it clear she did not want my business. Despite filling the paperwork out online and providing my insurance info weeks in advance for them to confirm it. I show up with my kiddo, fill the paperwork out again and 40 minutes later I’m told she never verified it so no appointment today. You could’ve told me that in between all the side conversations you were having with other people sis. Save your time - Avoid this rudeness and take your hard earned money elsewhere. And I dare the office to charge me a fee."
