"I love the attention to detail the give. My 4Runner I bought used I wanted to see where & how the get to the oil filter because it is a 4x4 with skid plates. I bought this 2022 4Runner used and I wanted to see if there were any issues under the SUV. The wrong tool was used by others before me when they changed the oil filter and I will need to buy mabe next time a new bottom to the filter canister! Not yet but the ears or small cogs are damaged. "Went here to get my car serviced due to it overheating and had other maintenance items done that I don't currently have the time for. The team here was very friendly and kept me updated on my car's status. I was given a loaner car so I would still be able to get to where I need without having to spend money on a rental car elsewhere. "My wife and I tried 2 other automotive shops since moving to Tomball in 2014 and had ok experiences, but after discovering Pristal’s, we don’t take our vehicles anywhere else. The staff is friendly, honest and very professional. They follow up and make sure things are done correctly. Plus, their office, waiting area and restroom are all clean and comfortable, so my wife wouldn’t go anywhere else anyways! Crystal and her team do a great job, and we will be loyal customers here until our kids take away our keys and cart us off to the old folks home someday."
"-1 Star. I went to Pristal’s Automotive for a state inspection and tire rotation. The tires were over inflated and they lost one of my tire stem caps. However, they did not forget to recommend an AWD alignment for $140 when they had a promotion for $119 advertised. I would second guess any recommendation they make and get a second opinion at a reputable automotive shop."
