"Office is very short staff and unable to perform adequately. Office manager does not return calls in a timely manner and fails to properly submit insurance approvals correctly. By putting incorrect name and codes. It has taken two months for office manager to say that the insurance will not cover (but still not sure) and we will have to come out of pocket but does not know how much. If this is the initial phase, how will it go with the doctor ????? runnnnnnnnnnn it’s my advise"

This location is absolutely charming, very clean, and cozy and right next to Katy Mills. Amanda always takes care of us with a smile along with the rest of the staff. Dr. Velasquez is a true top notch professional with a lifetime of experience and always makes us feel we are in good trusted hands. My son is now a sometimes difficult teen , and I appreciate how they take time with him and his braces to keep him focused on his dental health and hygiene.
