"I would highly recommend Alpha Dental! We have been to their office several times over the last year and are always treated with care and compassion. My three boys (3, 4, and 9) have only ever seen pediatric dentists, so I was a little concerned they wouldn’t do as well. Dr. Mota and the techs are great with them and help ease their apprehensions about going to the dentist. The whole staff has always been straightforward and upfront with us while also being fair and reasonable."
"I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. Stay away from Alpha Dental. (They will say I’m not a patient since that’s what he says to all bad reviews.) 1) They’re unprofessional in getting a hold of them to even make an appointment 2) They will try to scam you with a “deep cleaning” for almost $600. I called my insurance and they verified I should not be charged even half as much for that treatment. 3) I then decided to go to Katy Modern Dentistry. Alpha dental wanted to charge $25 to get my X-rays (my own medical records). I kept contacting them to just send my X-rays to Katy Modern Dentistry. I called and emailed Alpha daily, he kept saying he would send them but he never did. It took Katy modern Dentistry to contact them DIRECTLY for him to finally send my X-rays. I can live with the scam of overcharged dental services, but this unprofessionalism from the office manager is the reason I decided to leave this review. Overall, it is just not a well run operation. I will say the Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, they have talent there. It is the Office Management that needs a change. It was night and day with Katy Modern Dentistry."
