"Was referred to this shop by an oil change service shop.Decided to try this shop due to moving to a new area. Paid Shorts Garage almost 2000 for an A/C compressor and valve. Less than a week later my A/C was not blowing cold in the vents.Took my vehicle back to address the issue with them and left my vehicle with them again to diagnose the and correct the issue on their end.They had to change the valve again because they put a faulty valve in during the first repair which was stated when I received a call that evening. Then less than 2 weeks later my A/C was still not circulating or blowing cold.Went to address the issue again with the shop and they took it to the back for five minutes and gave me some excuse on what is wrong which turned out not the issue and wanted to charge me extra money to repair other issues that may be related to my A/C Compressor and valve."
