"This was my first visit. I wanted a cleaning. I asked over the phone how much it was, they would not give me an answer. I had X-rays and met with the dentist, that was good. When I asked for the cleaning they said I had to have a deep cleaning in 3 areas and it was going to be over $700. I changed dentists recently and I had never heard this. I asked for just the basic cleaning. They refused to give it to me, saying it’s against the hygienist ethics. It felt like a scam. What’s also confusing is they are supposed to be a low cost dentist. The prices they quoted to replace a filling was higher than I have heard and then the cost of a deep cleaning was high and something I had never even heard of. I hope others read this so they are aware of this issue at this dental office."
