"I have been going here since Dr. Payne was here. I was fine with the doctor switch. You have to retire sometime right? I had a cleaning once since he retired. It was a great cleaning! My complaint isn't with the dental cleaning staff its with the receptionist. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but they didn't answer my mom's repeated calls until a month or two after her trying to reach them. I remember her complaining about no one answering her. Then it happened to me. I wanted to see how much it would be for a cleaning with my insurance or if I had to pay out of pocket. I was told it would be looked in to. It's been a few months and I decided to go with someone else. I just got a text today saying this and I'm quoting: "(my name), don't remember if you had called to schedule an appointment and you had a question regarding insurance. So sorry. You have a disc plan that your parents purchased so you get 2 cleanings within a year. Please let me know what day you are available. Thank you." I had no idea who it was because they didn't even tell me in the first text. It has also been months! The reason why I'm this upset is because I have scheduled people for a living. If I waited to reach out to schedule someone months after they called, I'd be fired. I say if you want a good cleaning, and you're fine with waiting a few months to get it, go for it!"
