The insurance was taken care of quickly and by the time the appointment was over we didn’t have to worry about anything. The paperwork was minimal and easy to fill out. You can tell he and his staff care about their patient’s and Dr Luczak creates a relaxed environment that makes any dental anxiety disappear. Highly recommend"
