"I went here 4 years ago with my 6 Month old and it was my first visit. They told me I needed 6 fillings and did them that day. Red flag #1. The floor as peeling off, no other patients there and they shouldn’t have had the time to do 6 fillings on the same day…. While I have a 6 month old in a stroller. Red flag number 2 that they convinced me to do it immediately. I do not have bad teeth, never have and take good care of them, I probably hadn’t had 6 fillings in my 30 years of life total. Fast forward to now where I’ve been going to my new dentist for 2 years and have discovered all of the issues this place caused me. They drilled so much of my teeth off with these fillings I’ve had to get a crown and have another on the way. Not to mention additional fillings to correct the ones they placed 4 years ago. If I could advise anyone I would say never go to this location, even for a simple cleaning. I’m ashamed that I didn’t walk out the moment they said we need to do it today."

"So I heard of this establishment through word of mouth over a year ago and they did all of the major work I've been putting off from when I started seeing them until now over a year later. This is the most compassionate and trustworthy dental clinic I thought I'd ever find. Every single one of the staff handle even the most stressed out clients (like myself) and don't make you feel patronized or uncomfortable at all during any process of the visit. On top of payment plans and general financial knowledge given well ahead of time it makes me want to never see another clinic. I feel like they go above and beyond and they all seem to have good communication with each other which obviously gives the best feedback to a patient like myself. I hope this business flourishes because they have definitely earned it. Also, I don't know who the resident artist is that did all of the murals, but they also Rock."

"Making the appointment was easy They were able to see me the same week I called. Small waiting room, probably can only seat less than 10 people. Waiting time to get xrays were short less than 10 minutes. Wait time to see dentist was 20 minutes after getting xrays..then had to wait another 20 mins to get cleaning and filling done. I am not a fan of all the waiting. Once the dentist was actually in the room and doing the work, the dentist was quick, efficient, and slightly comforting to my child as this was the first time my child had been to the dentist. And the exams rooms are somewhat small and looked dated. The office on the whole is rather small office. I have been to other dentists office in shopping malls that are more spacious. Front desk Staff was not warm or friendly, which I thought they would be being that they see kids and pride themselves on being kid friendly. I like the late hours on Wendesdays but the waiting time to see the dentist was at least 40 minutes after the appointment time. Appointment time was 530pm and we did not leave until after 7pm. Update: I got a call requesting to reschedule my kids appointment. I have attempted to call this office for 3 days and each time the line rings and rings and then disconnects. This has happened on multiple days at different times of the day. How do you not have a messaging service? How do you leave messages requesting to reschedule but then don't answer the phone."

"The front desk is very friendly and accommodating if you need to make $$ arrangements. The waiting area is small and there are not enough seats for everyone to sit down. That is why I gave 4 stars, i had to stand up and fill out my paperwork and wait until someone was called for their turn. The staff is very nice and did a great job. I have been taking my kids here since we moved to Euless in 2005. I recommend you/kids going here as well."
