I called today to try and to schedule and a engine diagnostic, which on their website it says all "minor and major engine work" and when I asked if they did engine work I was told no twice very rudely, as if I was inconviencing them for asking, then I was hung up on. If you don't do engine repair I suggest you update your website. What a very rude and bad experience as a local resident. You hung up while I was trying to ask you further questions, so whether you raised your voice thinking I couldn't hear you or not, your shop is extremely rude and I will not be giving you any future business, as well as passing the word around to the local residents about the complete unprofessionalism of your shop and individuals who answer your phone. Customer service training would go a long way for this shop. Your answer also did not align with your website so again, update your website or learn to not be rude when individuals call in about services you advertise."

"I recently took my F150 in to have the AC fixed and a front end noise checked out. Fernando was very helpful and explained everything they would do and called me the next day before proceeding. Along with the repairs, he mentioned some items to keep an eye on that didn't need replacing yet but were starting to wear. Everything was very honest and transparent and the price for their services was very fair.
