"Was there from 2:00pm-4:15pm as a new patient and understood the need for new X-rays, and pictures of my teeth but did not even get an initial cleaning esp since it’s been a while kinda was hoping to get some cleaning. Just felt a little off with the dental assistant that took pics of my teeth she was nice but when I asked for a substitute over a medicine that costs $800 she said no. You can’t. And I asked why it was so expensive said it’s not covered with insurance because it is new in the US. Which is crazy they allow them to sell medicine that is not registered with the US."

"The only reason I have rated this place one star is because I can’t go lower! My daughter and I had appointments for noon today. We pulled up to the Lincoln Square place and it’s is dark inside. The place is closed! Normally, we would get reminders for the upcoming appointments but this time, we got none. We never got any cancellation notice at all!"

"This was my first visit to North Arlington Dental Care. It was a great experience all the way around. Jennifer was my hygienist, what a lovely lady. She was very personable and professional. I haven't had a more thorough exam in all my years. I will be a life time patient."

"Dentist and dental hygienists are great. It's the front office staff that makes your life miserable. If you go here, I highly suggest you check your insurance EOB EVERY single time. Every time I've gone, they've way overcharged me and when I call to get a refund, they make me jump through ridiculous hoops to get it back. They tell you that it will take 30 days to get it back, but after 30 days, you still have to call and chase them for the refund (even though it took 1.5 seconds for them to TAKE that money). Once they refunded me over the phone, but then when it happened again decided to make me go in (I work in FW during their open weekday hours) with my credit card to get my money back. Most likely in hopes that I'd give up. Each time, I had to call and they'd say they'd call me back and never would. I finally had to take time out of my day off on a Saturday when they finally opened to take my card and get my money back. I work hard for every red cent, and I can't afford to be overpaying for anything. As I said before, if you go here, call and check on your insurance to be sure you're being charged the correct amount. Chances are, they've way overcharged and won't give you your money back unless you call them over and over. I won't be back nor will I refer anyone and I will always tell of my experience to anyone who asks about a dental referral. I've never had such a terrible and stressful experience with a dentist office!"
