"My first annoyance was that I waited for over 40 minutes. I arrived to my appointment early to not be rude, but the establishment was running behind. That's understandable so I was going to let that go. After taking x-rays and getting all of my imaging done (which all of the imaging staff was very sweet) I had to speak with a front desk coordinator whom informed me that the Endodontist was not participating in my dental plan. I had already called and verified this information with my insurance and was informed they were participating; however, I filled out all of my online paperwork, I gave them my information when I called the office. There was an adequate amount of time for the front desk workers to inform me that the specialist I was referred to were not participating with my plan in the over 40+ minutes that I was waiting. I arrived for my 11:30 am appointment at 11:22 am. I didn't go back to the back office until 12:10. There was ample amount of time for someone to speak up and not waste my time with unnecessary imaging and further annoyance. I feel like they still wanted to bill my insurance for services even though they knew their Endodontist didn't accept my insurance. I should have been informed in order to make the decision if I wanted to continue to wait for an extended amount of time for essentially no reason at all. This facility charges $50.00 for a no show appointment because they value their staff's time, but could not show me the same courtesy. I am highly disappointed in this establishment and I never leave poor reviews but this should be addressed within the company to perform better time management skills."

"Came in for the first cleaning and exam in more than 2 years. Previous dental care was very substandard so this experience had nowhere to go but improvement. Everyone was courteous and caring and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend"

"The beginning of my experience went smoothly over time, they have been very careless with orthodontist scheduling. The manager April is a hit or Miss with her attitude and patience, at one point she recommended just going to another dentist as though she didn’t care about my issue. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE. If you would like a friendly & speedy office this is not the place for you. Not to mention they will constantly cancel Appointments."

"This was the first visit to a new dentist for my daughter, ISABELLA. The staff when we checked in were very friendly. Meghan came and got us from the front and took us to the exam area. During the whole process she was very informative and made us feel at ease with the procedure she might have to get done. Dr Merchant came in and explained the entire process while showing us the X-rays. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on any of the options. He gave us the pros and cons of each prior to our decision. The entire experience was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family."
