"I was cheated out 400s at appt I attended and because I chose to discontinue services I was then told the time allocated for the service is valued at 400$ which was a deposit. I found a dentist at Arlington Bright Smiles, Dr. Peterson that is in network, truthful about diagnosis of work needed and cheaper. I lost a son drowning may 2023, widowed and been mistreated by dentists with fraudulent work that cause the insurance to go after them in the past so why would I expect anything different huh? I didn't cancel, I went to appointment and explained the change of providers n why which I stated above"

"From the time that I pull into the parking lot, to the time I exit the parking lot, I have enjoyed the time in the Pecan Park Dental office. Each member of the staff makes the effort to not only recognize me, but also welcomes me by name as I enter the front door, and from each staff member I meet. Yes, I know that they have computers and know who is coming in on that day, but a smile and a greeting feels really genuine from Sarah and Jackie. I was there yesterday morning for my scheduled periodic cleaning and for significant repair of a broken tooth, my front two teeth. Angelica is the best of all dental hygienist that I have encounter - anywhere!!! Crystal assisted Dr Bangs with the repair. I would recommend this office for all your dental needs, from periodic cleanings to a bone graft. All three dentists are all top-notch professionals. I truly believe that the staff of Pecan Park Dental care about each and every patient, they are willing to spend the time necessary and have also personally taken time to called after hours to follow-up after extensive treatments. "The entire staff is welcoming and kind. I have had a fear of dentist all of my life. Dr Hinkle is the best and the first dentist that understands my disease and the effects it has on my teeth. He is patient, kind and professional, as well as his entire staff. It’s not often that you go to a doctor or dentist and they call you by your name, so refreshing. "I had X-Rays, teeth cleaning and Dentist's Exam. Tina was very thorough, professional and competent. On top of that, she was very pleasant and personable. She pointed out a sensitive area to Dr. Olsen who gave it a thorough examination. We decided to watch it in the future. The office staff was efficient, personable and helpful.
