B-Mobile Tint

"Had an appointment today between 10 and 11.Told through messenger the tech is running late should be there a little after 11.I told julie i had time set aside from 10 to 2 is all today.She said no problem.I ask them if windy days were a problem. They assured me no we have a one car tent for that. Didn't know if he brought it or not but assured wind would be no problem. 11:45 was told he just went to his next appointment 50 miles away but would be there at 1:30.They dont do what they say. Beware. I cancelled."

"Horrible service. Trash left all over in my machine. Parts disassembled and then left torn apart. Showed up half a day late and the left 100k machine with doors off overnight and glass laid on gravel rocks. Bubbles of water all over the tiny and told it’ll evaporate over time. CONSTANT BADGERING FOR PAYMENT DESPITE JOB NOT BEING DONE RIGHT. Parts went missing from when they tore it apart. Cut lines aren’t smooth. Scratches and scrapes all over tint. Now I have to pay to have their horrible job removed and pay someone else to do it correctly. AND they’ll threaten you for payment even though they don’t reply until 12 hrs later and frankly just don’t do what they say they will. AVOID AT ALL COST."

"For the love of God, please do NOT use BJ for any of your tinting needs!! The tint is NOT ceramic, it was cut too short and he actually drew with black marker on my window since he knew he measured incorrectly. Once addressing my concerns he offered to come out and redo the horrible tint job but refused to communicate once I stated that I would like a refund or partial refund at the least. Pictures are posted of the horrible work that was done."

"Had a terrible experience with this company. Showed up at 6pm and said it takes about two hours to tint my tractor. At 10 pm I said he could return and finish. Two days later came spent about 8 more hours and left . I was out of town when I got back I had to put my rear window back on and both my door handles were damaged and not working. Had to order new lock for drivers side $150 from dealer and did not even tint my windshield! Stay clear and use someone else"

"If I could give less stars I would. Had scheduled to get my vehicle tinted and the guy texted me saying he would be at my house a few hours late and then it turns out he would be 5 hours late and I finally got tired of waiting and turned him away and the guy proceeded to get mad at me for it. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I highly recommend you just spend the money and have a reputable shop do your tint."
