"I had tuning issues on my cammed caprice ppv. I took it to Jeremy and when I say night and day difference I mean it, no more rough idle and stalling and weird pausing between shifts and drive it like that for 2 years because you think taking your car to a big fancy shop means the cars gonna run like you thinknit should but that's not the case, I just want to say thank you to Jeremy and his guys for the awesome experience and can't wait to bring it back for future upgrades and would highly recommend anyone to go see Jeremy and his guys you won't be disappointed, they really respect you and treat you like family and you can see the passion they have and it shows when you talk to them. Thank you again for making my car run like it always should have."

"Had my truck Tuned here The over all experience will be rated based on my trucks performance 1st time customer ,little experience with these guys but review were great and they were recommended. I’m not saying your experience will be the same as mine. Heres how mine went. Current problem with tune as of this post. January 18th .Stalling 4 times and counting. Some hard pre mature shifts pulled timing on shifts to much my opinion . First day Got it tuned paid 550 drove off. The truck was not shifting properly brought it back within the hour and Jeramy made acceptable changes happier I drove away. over the course of a week. There were things I was unhappy about so reschedule an appointment 2 visit third change . Jeremy was kind enough to ride along even against his policy . I explained I wasn’t happy with the shifting He made changes I was happy again temporarily now, I understand that part of that change was pulling back timing from the engine between shifts and the trans adapts.. trans adapting not such a big problem the problem is the timing . what really needed to happen in my opinion was the transmission tuning Sent a text Asked to reschedule for a third time they were unwilling to. No problem can’t force a good service. So here I am am This was my experience. of all the people that have tuned in my vehicle Which includes prime tuning Garbage, Tofosi performance garbage, and Icon speed best with minor inconveniences lsx unlimited second in quality could have been the best but wasn’t willing to walk another mile. I’ll be going back to the first icon speed and pay another $300 for Retune. By the way even tho my truck ran rich and jerked some on the previous tune Icon speed . The only reason I wanted it retuned by these guy. Was to stop the pushing trough the torque converter and idle and how rich it was . Fixed the rich problem better idle Now still pushing trough some But now stalled 4 times and shifting sucks. Sure y’all might be cool people but fell short with me. As a business owner my self I have high expectation and deliver high quality even when customer are difficult i still deliver. Never was I rude or disrespectful. If I was show the world let them see. Sir I wish you would have just given me my money back and put the original tune back in. The reason for the updated review is because it pisses me of the more I think about it owners if you feel like I have posted anything fictional. Please call me out on it. Post all of our texts and if I said anything fictional I am a man and will own up to any of my lies if any on this review. Either way you are not going to offer a retune. Like you guy said “we aren’t interested” and now i won’t let you even if you offered. Now I am done! 01/21 /24 946 pm that the beauty of owning a business sir! Thank you for firing me prematurely ! ,I suspect you’re not a man of God so I don’t expect you and I to agree. remember you looked at me in the eye and you said you’re gonna do everything you can to make sure I’m 100% satisfied you remember?? I had hope! You don’t custom tune you do according to what you think is adequate. Fist time “you “man it runs great” me, it wasn’t even shifting down properly remember ???. Listen I don’t have anything else to say to you if you don’t have anything positive say, just take your loss grow your business and be better man! Don’t sit here and make excuses about other shops tuning this and that. I am going to ask this of you sincerely I Edgar if I offended you in anyway way! for that I ask for your forgiveness!but I am not sorry for the truth, you’re a part of the reason why I want to get out of the performance industry. People with no conviction! I also paid each and everyone of those shops $300 $300 $500 and $550 to you! The only shop paid me back part was the one that could not fix the backfiring problems. So I guess I took advantage of them for the garbage work, Great assumptions! I have what I have by Gods grace, and so do you humble yourself because he can take away everything from you and I when he chooses!"
