"Unprofessional, and they push braces consultations at every point. When I scheduled my initial appointment they hammered me about scheduling a braces consultation. I had to refuse multiple times before they dropped the issue. I had to wait hours to go back for my cleaning, and then two months later I get a notification saying I have another appointment. I was never consulted for this appointment, and I have no idea what it is for. No one at the office picks up when I call, even when routed from the main call center. And then I finally find out through the online appointment manager that the appointment is for a braces consultation! One that I never asked for or consented to, one that I specifically refused multiple times. All that aside the hygienist was lovely, but this company/office seems very scammy and borderline unreachable."

"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD! I went there and I waited for 1hour and then they FINALLY told me to come. They took me to the x-rays and did it and then had me wait for 1 hour for the doctor. When I complained, they told me I could leave. Regardless because I was already here I stayed and she told me I had to wait 1 hour just to clean my teeth. I left!!! So disappointed!!! 1hour is no joke."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and I’ll never come back. I caved in and made an appointment after I kept getting stuff from them in the mail. I wanted to do 1 child at a time but I was convinced when I made the appointment to do all 3 the same day. My kids are all 10 and under. We made apts for 10:30,11,& 11:30 am. We showed up at 10 am because I figured there would be some new patient paperwork. We finally got seen at 12:20, and left at 2 pm. It’s incredibly hard to remain sane after spending 4 hours at a dentist office with 3 kids. Only one staff member seemed apologetic that we had to wait so long and she gave me a free tooth whitening kit but basically the dentist looked at my kids teeth and told me they “sat bad” for the X-rays and told me I’d have to take them to a pediatric dentist. I was under the impression by the flyer they sent that they see kids here but they don’t work on kids here apparently. I won’t go back."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an appointment at 5pm and staff called to let us know we could come in at 1pm. Took off a star due to having arrived as requested at 1pm and having to wait an entire hour before being see and the lack of communication from the dentist on what they were doing, what i was to expect next, etc. I had to ask several times what we were waiting on due to all the dead air before and after the visual examination."
