"My family has been going to Mike Cook DDS since the 1990's. He used to be a great dentist but started to get worse and worse through the years. My mom and brother and dad all stopped using him because of his poor service and a lot of times he wouldn't even be there to make the exam and review the X-rays. I was the only one in our family who continued to use him. It had been several years since I could afford to go to the dentist so I finally went just before Christmas 2015 to get a sore tooth looked at and X-rays and an exam. His hygienist cleaned my teeth and took X-rays and that was it. Dr. Cook never looked at the X-rays and ignored my sore tooth didn't examine my teeth and over charged me by $275. When I called Sherry at the front desk (his wife) she was extremely rude and Mike Cook followed that with mailing me a letter that was absolutely insanity. He was a rambling madman and finished it with "floss". Stay away from this place! They are way below poor and to say I hated the experience is an understatement."
