"Our area got hit with a very bad hail storm back in June 2023. My windows got very damaged and the body of my car got very dented. The tail lights were cracked. Within probably a few hours or the day after (I can’t remember) I found several cards on my window from hail repair companies. Because Total Hail Solutions is a veteran owned company, I decided to go with them. I had zero knowledge on what to do or where to start. I sent the claim to Progressive and they said it’d be costly to repair. I called Total Hail and talked to Braxton who’s the manager there. He educated me on the process and what to expect and we scheduled the inspection. The repairs for my Honda CR-V were around 13K which apparently is the threshold for being totaled out. Braxton worked with us and the insurance company on keeping our repair cost low and made it so none of the damage got put on my Carfax. My roof on the car was so damaged, but they were able to get it looking like new without taking the whole roof off. DELIVERY: Karim is one of the guys that delivered my vehicle to us all the way here in Allen which is a good 50 min from their shop. He was very respectful and went over any last details with us upon dropoff. He mentioned he had started there around the time my car was starting to be worked on. I can tell he’s a great fit for the company and also a hard worker. Thanks again for dropping it off, Karim! Watching my car roll up made me feel like I got a brand new car. Their response time was fast, these guys are extremely hard workers and work long hours to make their customers happy.
