"The traveling Ortho team is terrible. We have continually showed up for Ortho appointments that were scheduled by the Ortho team to find the building closed, the Ortho team offsite, and even stood outside with the Ortho and many other patient for 45 minutes because the door was locked and they couldn’t get in. This has caused me to miss work unnecessarily and my children to miss school. The team changes the dates they are each location without changing appointments. The team schedules appointments for dates they will not be open. The team even schedules additional cleanings with the dentist without telling the patient. I have shown up with appointment reminder texts and email to prove the date and time and the Ortho scheduler simply says, “I’m not sure how that happened.” We have never had these issues with the actual dentist at this location. *Update- this location has continued to go downhill despite a new team as they claim. The website to make appointments online will allow you to schedule cleanings and send you confirmation, then the office will call and tell you none of those appointments actual exist. They know the website does not work, but continue to leave it up and even advertise online booking. The scheduler will not tell you if you need to fill out extensive paperwork ahead of time (even if you are an existing patient.) The scheduler also will not tell you if you “legally are required” to have x-rays and that the appointment will be longer than scheduled. All of this poor service doesn’t even cover the poor condition of the dental chairs. Imagine sitting for extensive periods of time in broken dental chairs."
