I took my child in for basic cleaning to see if I liked the office. I was so happy with our experience that I set my other 2 children up with appointments before leaving."

"Overall, my annual dental appointment, including a cleaning, went well. I was seen right away at my appointment time, which I appreciate. An improvement I would strongly recommend is to purchase the armband blood pressure machines as they provide accurate readings. To get a somewhat accurate reading with the wrist cuff that was used at this office, The directions for this device specifically state the person's feet should be flat on the floor; mine were elevated in the chair, and typically, your arm will cross at your chest, mine was out in front of me as instructed. It gave me a reading of 170 over another high number, which is a laughable, inaccurate result. We did a second one, and it gave a second reading of 150 over a high number. This theoretically would indicate that I was experiencing a medical crisis, that fortunately is not the case. I took my blood pressure at home each day over the past eight days, and my blood pressure is spot on. An inaccurate reading such as this could put a patient at risk either way, showing a too-high to too-low value. I strongly encourage this office to invest in the arm cuff automatic blood pressure reader. I pay close attention to my health and knew the BP reading was inaccurate. The hygienist was excellent and super fast. The office manager is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is clean. I will be returning to this office for future cleanings."

The dentist and the hygienist was kind and professional and the receptionist was friendly and very on top of putting in the work order requisition for the insurance approval.
