"Overall mostly pleasant experience here the past year. However I had 4pm appointment today and got there at 415pm to see they had closed early for the day. On door it says they closed at 6pm and online says closed at 5pm. It was pouring rain on my drive over so I didn’t get chance to call to say was running late. I was very disappointed to see they had left already when arrived. I attempted to call them twice upon arrival with no answer. I guess I’ll have to reschedule. Edit: Shortly after posting this review I get phone call from them stating they have me scheduled for appointment next Friday at 4pm and were not open today. However, they sent me a confirmation text about appointment for today at my last visit (went back and double checked) and I called yesterday to push back appointment for today from 3pm to 4pm. Hmm, I guess was scheduling error."
"This was my first time here, I switched dental offices just because I wanted something closer. The ladies at the front counter were so sweet and nice always kept a smile ! They called us to the back immediately we had no wait, the dental assistant Maria and the Dr .Lopez were so nice I love my new dentist I even recommend my father to and he loved it there thank y’all iSmile"
