"I am in the healthcare profession and have been involved within the dental field for over a decade. Dr. Cook, Dr. Pope, and Dr. Petta are all stellar doctors of dental surgery, and the dental hygienists Deborah and Sonia always maintain professionalism and kindness to every patient and coworker. The dental assistants are outstanding and are excellent at taking the initiative to provide ethical service and quality care to patients. The front desk ladies, Westin, Cheyenne, and Leslie are sweet, sensitive and empathetic towards patients needs and preferences, and are wonderful communicators with patients and staff. Everyone seems to be happy working and that’s a huge sign, in my opinion, that the office considers one another family and all truly care about each and every person that walks through the door. I am proud to be included in the Polished Family Dental family!!!"

I was especially pleased that they helped me when I was pregnant and always found time for me, even if they had a very busy schedule. "I absolutely love my dentist! My family has been coming to Polished Family Dental for years now and we haven't had a bad visit. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Appointments are easy in and out, pricing is honest, cleanings are thorough, my daughter actually loves them! In all the years I’ve only had to wait one time to be called back only because there was a dental emergency walk in, but I totally understood. It was only 10min, which is nothing. That’s just how great they are with patient care. I’ve been able to come right in with an emergency myself with no problem. Highly recommend if you’re nervous of the dentist like I use to be bcs they make sure you’re comfortable every time. See you guys in 6 months!"

When checking out they have been very efficient with making next appointments and having insurance information readily at hand. My hygienist was informative and very knowledgeable while considering my future needs and budget concerns. I was not uncomfortable for one second during my appointment. "My first visit today - from my call to schedule to end of appointment, everything was top grade. Completing paperwork online was user friendly and that meant checkin was as easy as giving my name and taking a picture for my account. The dental exam was thorough (360 measure, multiple X-rays, gum measurements). And then I received An excellent cleaning, scheduled for 6 months, met the dentist and thoroughly discussed next steps. I was so pleased I plan to have my husband and son schedule their initial evaluations. Staff were friendly, professional, explained and sought my questions, concerns. The facility was clean and attractive. Highly recommend."
