"Ive been dealing with dental claim issue since November still not resolved and everytime ive called its the billing is working on it so than i do their job sent the claim to dental insurance and called them and asked can they cut me a check for the difference since the cc is paid off and you hear im confused what she is asking. Than offered a call back but they never do and they put you on hold for long periods of time this will be the last time i deal with the dental company. Next is the BBB!!!!"

"Front staff was friendly, dental assistant was nice but started shoving gauze in my mouth without warning or explain anything she was going to do before she did it, which would have been really nice to know what's going to happen and what to expect. The dentist had a very dry bedside manner and came off abrupt which was off putting. Honestly don't know if I'll come back."
