"paid over $600 dollars just to be told the dash AC needs replaced. Nothing fixed that’s just the charge to tell you what’s wrong. Then told they don’t do extended warranty because the warranty companies don’t want to pay them 3 times the retail price of the parts. I was informed by the extended warranty company first and couldn’t believe it so I called OTRA and asked and the advisor said that’s how their system marks up the price. They are nice folks just not very fair on pricing. Hard to approve a part price that is online for a 3rd of the price and is not an aftermarket price. I asked for part numbers and to speak with a manager and got nowhere. My advice is use them as a last resort or if you don’t care about paying 3 times more than retail pricing. Update** James** Good morning. My goal wasn’t to upset you only present the facts. I was honest in everything that I said and went off what was provided to me by both your company and the extended warranty company. If you guys don’t want to do extended warranty it’s fair to let folks know ahead of time. Especially when you are changing 600 dollars just to tell them it’s broken and you don’t want to use the extended warranty because they don’t approve the higher labor hours and part pricing. I was only trying to be fair to potential customers. Either way as promised I’ll let you know what we end up paying for the repair at another shop. I think your estimate was $6,800 and we have been informed the price should be between 2,000-4,000 dollars. I forgot to mention the other discrepancy was that your technician was not able to show the inspectors from the extended warranty company the parts that were said to have been failed? That was another issue. The parts you claimed that needed to be replaced were not broken when the inspector looked at it. Talk to you soon. Update 2** Be careful guys. Today they want to charge an additional $260 dollars for the camper to be picked up. This is for storage fees. They are quite upset I left my review and wouldn’t allow me to pick up the motorhome last week when I went to get it. Nonetheless, 1 week later they said I can come get it but have to pay $260 dollars in fees. Sad to see people stoop to this level out of anger. I will apologize if I hurt your feelings for my original review as that was never my intent. I Only wanted to speak about my personal experience working with you. I wish you the best."

"Absolutely TOP NOTCH. Took my Class A pusher to Hawkeye diesel in Mansfield first. They never called or returned calls, couldnt find the issue and had it for FOUR months. Finally just went and got it brought it here to OTRA. They had it for 3 hours and diagnosed the issue as a bad air filter. Rig runs like a top now, wonder how the other guys couldn't figure that out in 4 months? Communication here at OTRA is amazing. My rig was at their shop for a total of 2 days and I got calls from them with updates at least 5 times."

"Tried using thos business a few times, every time my problem wasnt fixed yet charged me and wanted to charge me to look at truck again. 1 problem wasnt fixed and i was given a $250 credit. Today i went for radiator flush and fill went anti freeze i bought myself. Was told by Chris the office manager that was ok. Was charged $ 768 to flush and fill radiator. Did not use my coolent saying thats part of deal. I ask for my credit im owed which i have the email stating Chris replied he knew nothing about the credit and quickly charged my card $768. This business is only parts changers and crooked office manager Chris STAY AWAU AND BEWARE! avoid at all cost Overpriced and DONT stand behind their work!"

"O.T.R.A. Roadside Services, Inc, quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my semi after it had been derated. Dustin gave me a ride to the nearby Days Inn and picked me up the following morning. Staff, all family members and friends it appears were very friendly, helpful and outgoing. Additionally charges for their professional services were reasonable. After having diagnosed the problem the owner provided an explanation of what was found and available options for repairs. At the Days Inn I encountered another owner operator who had worked with this shop in the past. This man couldn't say enough good things about them. I am glad I contacted O.T.R.A. Roadside Services, Inc and can highly recommend their company. I would gladly return if additional work is needed."
