"They had my truck 6 months after saying it would be a quick job. Their main excuse was "it's been too hot to work on" (I dropped it off in March; prior to summer). After receiving my truck back, I noticed the broken part was zip tied to make function, and column had more problems than before. It's not even capable of passing inspection now! I had high hopes for this shop, but was proven wrong."

"Most rude group of people I've ever had to deal with. Its one thing if it's going to take weeks to get to the vehicle for a simple repair, it's another to be rude about it and make my 60 year old mother cry and tell her "everyone has problems" when she mentioned she just lost her son and is just trying to get her car fixed so she can go teach piano lessons. Very upsetting that someone would be this mean in our small town."
