"I’ve used this place for a few years and it was great in the beginning. I had no issues with the dentist, she was great. I had an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning that they asked me to reschedule 4 or 5 times. The last time I reminded them that they had rescheduled me 4 times already and they ended up keeping the last appointment. I was hesitant to use them again, but made another appointment 6 months out. I missed a call from them a month or so before the appointment with no voicemail left explaining they needed to reschedule. Call 5 days before the appointment, finally get them to call me back to find out the appointment needed to be changed and the soonest they can get me in is 2 months out. No thanks, I’m done."
