"Though the staff was friendly and I've had great service before, that fall through today. I called to make an appointment and verify that my new insurance would work. Was told a time and yes my insurance was good. Arrived to the time given to me only to be told I was two hours late and my insurance wouldn't work there. I have limited time off, so I just wasted that"
