"I took my car here because I was told by farmers they guarantee their work… Well. So my car went to the shop 6/26/2023 Everything was going well till it wasn’t. 7/13 I’m texted saying my car will be ready at 4:30 pm on 7/21, which means I will have to take off early from work to make it there So now it’s 7/18 I text my advisor verify the car will be ready 7/21, told it will be. Call 7/20 to verify time since again I will have to leave work early to pick up my car. Again told on 7/20 that my car will be ready 7/21. Friday 7/21 rolls around I call at 11:00 am again verifying the care will be ready at 4:30pm that day. Call back at 4:15 because I’ve heard nothing. Durning my phone call at 4:15 pm on 7/21 I am informed my car will not be ready. And now they are not sure when it will be ready. I let it go for the weekend. Wait till Monday 7/24, hear nothing all day. Call at noon and am told they are unsure if it will be ready. To which I inform them they have ready given me a date in which I took off work to make happen. And that my only day off was Monday. So they needed to get the car ready by 4:30 or pay for the rental till next Monday as I was not taking off work again. They get my car finished by 4:30pm 7/24, well kinda. My bumper doesn’t line up on the right side. There is several holes laces were paint has bubbles, there is paint hanging like icicles on the interior on my passage door frame, part of the paint have already chipped off in my hand from running my hand flat across the body of the car. I have called several times and will miss the call and call back 15 mins later in the am and will never hear back. I can even call back before close and magically who I need to talk has just left. Over all terribly disappointed. My car did not come back good as new"
