My car starter needed to be repaired, and the wrong starter model was recommended to them (my car is a manual transmission) and sent. The manager called to clearly communicate what happened and when the car would be ready. He charged us the originally quoted price for parts & labor despite multiple installations. "Use to be a great place, one of the owners (Johnny) left and it’s gone to trash. Took my accord hybrid there and they broke my traction control and auto stop while trying to figure out what was wrong w my A/C. After confronting them they attempted to fix it to no avail, then claimed “it’s got a lot of miles, sometimes things just break” and suggests I go to a Honda dealership to get something reset. Yeah, I’m sure after 220k miles it just now broke after you got your hands on it. As one other review said below, these people are dishonest and unlike a lot of other great small town mechanics, will break something and proceed to tell you that it just broke on its own. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me but personally I won’t ever go to them again."
