"Have bought more than one vehicle from Southwest Nissan and use their service department exclusively with good results until this last visit. Engine warning lights on and oil change. Had to leave my car 5-6 days just to get diagnosed, waited for parts to be ordered so another week in shop, no communication until we call then given excuse that service manager out for several days and more parts needed ordered. Another week with no communication until we call again and then excuse that service manager out sick due to flu. Told car could be ready in a few more days and would call back with total cost. No communication again for several days so called that coming to get car and again asked for total cost. Was told service manager would call with total but surprise, surprise no call. Car was in shop almost a month, no communication and a huge bill even with an extended warranty. Very disappointed and may go to another dealership to purchase my next vehicle"

"Called the day before to schedule an oil change appointment and was told later afternoon appointment turnaround times for an oil change are averaging 1.5 hrs — I asked when the best time was and the service advisor replied early morning with an approximate 45 min timeframe. Following his advice I scheduled for 8:30 AM. Nearly TWO HOURS later they were finished with a run-of-the-mill oil change. Something other places can do 30 minutes or less. They used to vacuum car floors and that’s no more. Like, what are the techs doing for two hours back there? Plus, there’s now a 3% charge applied to customer’s for using credit cards. I’m sorry, but this is YOUR cost to do business — the dealership signed the contract with the credit card processor not the customer. Passing your cost of business to the customer for the customer’s ability to pay with plastic is wrong. Southwest used to be great. Sucks to see how far they have fallen from providing stellar customer service."

"I had an excellent experience! My new tires were put on, aligned just right and my oil change was done. All in a timely manner. Zee is the best Service Drive Manager. He and the Service Director Joe Miller always make sure everything is done perfect. Definitely recommend using Southwest Nissan!"

"If you like to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change that you scheduled 2 weeks before hand, this is the place to do it. Their only excuse was, some of the techs went to lunch. I sat there and watched a half a dozen other people come and get their oil changed in the time I waited. They also did nothing proactive to speed it up, I had to come up and say something. I also asked if they did a military discount and he said yes... 3 dollars off a $70 oil change and you have to pay a $1.50 transaction fee on top of that for using a card to pay. First and last time going to this dealership for any reason. I also had the windshield wiper fluid low light come on when I was driving back home, turns out they were also kind enough to not check or top off any fluids. They clearly did nothing that they claimed to do beside change the oil, if they even really did that. If I could give them negative stars I would, this is the worst experience I've ever had getting my vehicle serviced at any shop ever."

"Came in to get an additional key and fob for my Titan. Said it would only take an hour. It was two. And when I tried to use my original key to start my truck (good thing I checked) it wouldn’t start it. Already paid for the service and the automated request for a review via text came through. So now I’m waiting around some more as I write this review. The customer lounge is comfortable and the people I’ve spoken to have been nice but it’s a shame you really have to be on your toes any time you get your car worked on these days. It’s not unique to this particular dealership or even unique to car repairs, really."
