"I won’t be renting from here again. Prepaid online (on the Avis website), had my reservation at noon, got there at 3 pm because of delays, and one lady (with the worst attitude) told us that they didn’t have any cars available, that we needed to check elsewhere and that we should cancel our reservation! We made some calls, and when we returned, another lady was there, and she said that they indeed had one car available, not what we requested but something, we ended up getting that car. I’m giving them two stars just because of her, but it took 40 mins of going back and forth with them."
"Was nice to receive a better vehicle than reserved. Would be nice to receive insurance coverage information at time of reservations not at pick up."
"My overall opinion of renting with Avis. The staff and rental agent were great. I was disappointed with the car I received. I expected a Toyota Camry but I received a Chevy Malibu. This is not what I would call a Premium car. There were no other vehicle available to change into. The Malibu performed well. I would rather have known what I was getting. I could have made a better informed decision."
"I would NOT recommend Avis at this airport. I had a great experience previously using National, but both National and enterprise were all booked up- now I know why. They car had obviously not been cleaned. There were greasy fingerprints and dirt everywhere. The car’s brakes were so loud- it was embarrassing."
