"Hardly a "Quick" Lube. I pulled in about 11:00 AM, not a soul in the garage. Went into the office, I guy a the desk. Tells me "he still has to finish the car on the lift, then it's lunch time. Can I bring it back later in the afternoon?" I said no and good bye. What a joke!"

"Being a resident of Los Fresnos, I wish I could write something positive about this business, but I cannot. I brought my jeep to them back in July of this year (2012) for an oil and oil gauge sensor change. Two days later they tell me the Jeep doesn’t start and if it has done this before. I told them no. A few days later they told me it was the computer, no problem, buy one, easy fix and I d be on my way. Well TWO computers later and now we’re in September (they had my Jeep for that long) it still wasn’t working. Now they were telling me it was a security issue and I don t know. I talked to Brian and Jesse, but always told me I don t know or we can t figure it out. When I brought up using the Internet to both of them (since they were always on there when i walked in) they both said I don t know. So I had them take the vehicle to Don Johnson in Brownsville. Now they tell me it’s an electrical issue AND the oil pressure sensor that Jesse and Brian supposedly put in, is now gone from my Jeep. So now I have to pay Don Johnson $65 for a new one. Don Johnson has been great. I know I’ll have to pay more but at least they call with updates. Jesse and Brian always said they would call and they never did. Whenever I stopped by, they were not there or the other one was out using the bathroom (seriously, they would go home to use the bathroom) and the other didn’t have an update as to what was being done on the Jeep. Plus whenever I called, they never answered the phone. Lesson learned."
