"They over charge. If you are ever in a car accident make sure you call another towing company. The space is too small and any damage made by them they blame the accident. If you can report this business do so. They take advantage of people and there is nothing you can do. Always check your receipts before you leave Paula Casarez does not know how to do her theif math right and she she has the courage to argue. The drivers should not be the ones picking up the vehicles as they are not capacitated to give to out prices nor they know how to read the towing receipt. They have to call the major theif Paula Casarez first. She also compares this place to stores as the stores have visible prices. This place should should be investigated and shut down."

"I have been extremely satisfied with the work the mechanics do at Ito's. Our Tahoe had a problem when we pumped gas. It kept cutting off. We went to have it fixed. The mechanic cleaned out the fuel line. It was easy to pump gas after that. We also have another problem the gas gauge did not work. After the above was done about a week and a half to two weeks the gas gauge begin to work correctly. I am totally satisfied with the work done at Ito"s."

"If you get into an Accident please make sure You specify to DPS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT NOT TO CALL THEM any other towing company , but them. Call R&R towing. "Itos towing" are price gougers and take advantage of the people and situations. I got charged 800$ to take my car a block away from my home. I couldnt pay so they took it to the garage. Where my price went up to 1,200 i had to get someone to negotiate for me a friend of his. I paid 600 in total but i didnt get a receipt! Corrupy company!! Ties with DPS AND FRAUD FOR NOT GIVING RECEIPTS!!"
